My Empire House condo is owner operated and is run strictly on my 7 years of experience in the rental property industry. My number one priority to you is being detail oriented and open to communicating at all times even when a problem exists. I do everything from booking your reservation to sending you information concerning your stay, lining up airport shuttle if needed, linking you to discount ski lift tickets and activities happening during your stay, and much, much more. What makes Empire House different than any other rentals is that it has the inviting charm of home and not just a rental. Cleanliness does not go unnoticed. The property is squeaky clean and is stocked with items you sometimes don't get from your everyday rental property. Larger than any property if you are comparing it in dollars, truly the best bang for your buck.

The location of Empire House is also included in my bragging rights. Not only is it 35 minutes from SLC airport, but it is directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. You can walk to the lifts or the hike trails in 5 minutes or less. From the condo directly across the street, you are able to catch the free shuttle to downtown Main St. or you can walk there as well, the property is 5 blocks to the start of Main.
